Danu Finance ("Danu", "we", "us", or "our") is an educational mobile application and website that helps users screen publicly traded stocks using frameworks inspired by historical investor methodologies. Our website is danufinance.com and our app is available on Google Play.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the app.

Information you provide directly:

• Custom screener parameters and investor style preferences you configure in the app

5. Third-Party Services

Danu Finance uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Billing — handles all subscription payments. We never see or store your payment details. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic Claude AI — powers the AI Analysis feature. Stock ticker and financial data is sent to Claude to generate analysis. No personal user information is included. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Financial Data Providers — we use third-party APIs to retrieve publicly available stock market data (prices, fundamentals, financials). This data is not linked to individual user accounts.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your screener preferences and watchlist data are stored locally on your device. Where server-side storage is used, we use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest). We retain data only as long as necessary to operate the service.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications at any time

8. Children's Privacy

Danu Finance is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
